Program Information Changes

Down payment assistance programs are administered by federal agencies, state housing finance authorities, county and city housing departments, nonprofits, employers, and lenders. They change constantly. Funding allocations can be exhausted in days. Income limits adjust with HUD updates. Geographic boundaries change. Eligibility rules are revised. Programs are paused, redesigned, and closed.

We make a reasonable effort to verify each program and to record the date it was last verified. That date is not a guarantee that the information remains current. Always confirm program eligibility, terms, and availability with the administering agency before submitting an application or making any financial commitment.

No Endorsement of Programs or Administrators

Inclusion of a program, agency, lender, or organization in our directory is not an endorsement. We list programs because they exist and may be relevant to a homebuyer’s search — not because we have evaluated their suitability for any particular person.
